Learning how to talk to people is something you become more comfortable with as you grow older. It is always good to ask questions and find out more about the person. You can ask what music someone likes, who their favorite artist are; find out what they do in their spare time hobbies, sports. If you're still in school, ask about classes or do you have a certain teacher or what class does he like or teacher. Try to think of things you would want to know about the person and then chat away. Try to find out if you have anything in common to talk about like he plays football and you watch football so then you have his games to talk about and the pro games on TV. If you have just seen a good movie, ask him what he has seen lately and then liked. You can ask what/why he liked about the movie or who his favorite actor or actress is. If the conversation lags you can tell him about the movie you just saw and why you liked it and see if it gets the conversation flowing. It is more important to be a good listener so that you can comment on things that are told to you. Most people are flattered when you want to know more about them and take the time to learn. And most people have problems talking to people they really like so you just go for it, don't think about not having anything to say. Once you get going, it will flow.

Talk about stuff that is going on around you. A song playing you like, a big project that was just assigned in class, a favorite food you see being served, etc. Just saying "hi" and asking him how his day is going is a great first step. Be interested in him, compliment him, ask him about himself. Good luck!

Guys are so easy to talk to. just find a common interest and start with that..2 hours later you will be talking about some random topic you never thought you would be talking about and all is good.

just ask random questions, they think its cute...like once i was on the phone to this guy i was dating and out of nowhere, i just blurted out (i don't know why), "so, what shampoo do you use?". he started laughing but, needless to say he went to his shower, and got out the bottle and told me, while he was laughing the whole time.

hey it is simple ask him wat his name is check then find out wat u have in common...ie hey u into music wat type?.and ask him bout it. pursue the topic. if it dont interest u add one of urs that me might like....(might not work if u go off subject) but worth a try :)
