Fast, easy and a for sure way to do it! Water, water, water! Try to keep a glass of water in your hands at all times. Drink some and you'll want more. Add a bit of lemon for flavor. Eat light. When you feel comfortable, stop. Don't continue eating until you're so full you're uncomfortable. Stay away from treats. No sweets! A little bread or potato is alright, eat lots of veggies: canned, fresh, and fruits. For lunch you can get full on a couple of apples or a pear and a plum. When you get the munchies, grab a piece of fruit. Filling, like you won't believe. It's what you put in your mouth and stopping while you're still comfortable. A bit of exercise is always a plus, too. Stay healthy and what a great way to start off the new year! Good job!

Strict diets like Atkins will but you'll put the weight back on once you stop. Another easy way...liposuction.

If you want to do it the right way, it'll take a properly reduced calorie diet (nothing extreme - nothing less than around 1200 calories) and a lot of exercise. At least one hour a day of cardio and add strength to build muscle since muscle burns more calories throughout the day. If you have the time exercise for a lot longer than you normally would.

No easy answers and no quick fixes. The only way to lose weight is to take in less calories. So eat less and exercise more. Anything else is just a rip off.

I went to GNC and got some appetite suppression pills and vitamins. Drank them with a lot of water and walked home from work everyday (1.3 kms) I played ball every Monday and I lost 70 pounds. I had tons of energy and my metabolism was higher than its ever been. After I stopped taking the pills I gained back 20 pounds. Now I'm monitoring what I eat and drink more water. I don't take the pills anymore but I do take the vitamins, just got to stay active as someone told me yesterday. Thats just my opinion and I know pills aren't the answer but it helped me.

Sew your mouth shut. Really, there's no such beast. The fastest you can safely lose weight is about 2 pounds per week, and that is eating an extremely restrictive diet and exercising at least an hour per day.
