Pilates is by far the best! You will do the exercises and then the next day you are like, "Oh man, I had a killer workout!" A lot of Celebs do pilates and yoga because the exercises create long, lean, toned, sexy dancer like bodies. Also, all of the pilates exercise use your abs even if you are working a different muscle group:-)

Any ab exercise done properly will feel like you've done something. It takes more crunches to feel the burn though than doing certain pilates moves for example.

Crunches and leg lifts (these work the lower abs!). Pilates for long strong muscles.

Do some sit ups or crunches. Do it a few days a week. As you do it more frequently, increase how many you do. Believe me, you'll feel it .

situps take 5 minutes do some and you feel like you did something and it flattens your stomach
