Rocky's last title bout was against Archie Moore, September 21st - 22nd 1955. They started late due to a game prior to the bout and the fight didn't officially end until after midnight, the next day in round 9. The bout had already been rescheduled from September 20, due to a hurricane.
But Marciano did participate in The_Superfight: Marciano vs. Ali in 1969. It was a computerized fantacy fight aired on television Tuesday, January 20, 1970. He beat Ali in the 13th round by TKO.

From the Wikipedia link below:
"Rocky's last title bout was against Archie Moore on September 21st 1955. The bout was originally scheduled for Tuesday, September 20th but because of Hurricane warnings it had to be moved to the 21st. Rocky knocked out Archie in the 9th round; Archie was saved by the bell at the end of 6th round. There was a game before the boxing match and all the fights started late. When Rocky was proclaimed winner, it was already September 22nd."

Last official bout was Moore but in 1969 or 70 Marciano lost 50 lbs and put on a toupe and staged a bout with Ali. It was an exhibition so technically Ali boxed him last. Marciano died a few weeks later in a plane crash.

Well, unoffically some guys in New York City tried to mug him and he put them both down on the ground. He was much older and retired when that happened. Officially, I'm not sure.
