I don't condone violent films for any child under 17. Any parent who allows it I assure you it will come back to bite them later. Children that young are subject to horror dreams and some will revert to bedwetting out of fear and some will act out in violence from what they see in movies. Children would be best going to age appropriate movies. No Exceptions.

I don't think that the six year old will understand any of the dialog or plot.....so as far as that goes, no ....nothing wrong with it. HOWEVER
it will be loud, and a little scary and a LOT boring sitting there, in one spot, for over an hour. Imagine you are in Turkey....sitting in the movie theatre.....and the movie is in another language. BORING.
The kid will end up squirming, you will end up aggrivated and no one will be happy. Get a sitter.

No, a 6 year old shouldn't go see that! They're not mature enough to know what's going on! That's why it's rated R because it's not meant for them! Check out further information on the movie below.

no No NO NOOOO NEVER
Please ... I have to carefully consider a PG for my 6 y.o - he doesn't necissarily get to see a PG movie. Harry Potter (the first one) was PG and there is no way he'll see that anytime soon.
They are not developmentally able to process the images and it WILL affect them long term psychologically.
You knew already. Why would you even question it!

No! He/She won't understand it but the violence exposure will stick with him/her. It will only hurt him/her. Children are sponges at young ages and that is definitely not something he/she needs to soak in.
