I need something to do during the day while the kids are in school because I cant get a babysitter. I have an $250 budget. Any suggestions?

Go to a movie have lunch together, and spend time at home alone while the kids are at school. spend time reconnecting with your husband cuz i know with kids it is sooo hard to get some alone time

Get a room at a motel with an indoor water park. You can hang out with your husband during the day for a fun time on the water slide and a little afternoon delight and the kids can have fun in the evening. It might be easy to find a person to come to the motel and watch the kids and play on the water slide while you play in the room!

Take both of you to a spa for a massage.
Get the kids involved in Dad's birthday making cards and gifts.
Plan a special menu for dinner including the kids, set the table with the good dishes and candles.
Put the kids to bed early, trade babysitting with a friend.
