Where to meet them in general--also in Chicago--if anyone knows--men who are 21-30 thank you:-)

I've been trying to figure out where to meet wome 25-35 for a year now... once you're out of school it just gets really difficult unless you want to date co-workers...
I've had friends suggest things like church, or joining some sort of social club... did join Yahoo! Personals, which is ok I guess....
I'd pretty much avoid raves, clubs and bars, unless you just want to get laid, in which case they're great.
For a long term thing... maybe eHarmony or something...

The beach, church (or synagogue or whatever religion you're into), dances, nightclubs (not usually agood place cause it's such a meatmarket), sports (eg take up tennis, baseball, netball etc.)
Just cruising through life and smiling is a really good way!

bbq joints
church with a young adults program
hobbies and clubs (something you're interested in like a photography club or reading group)
dance lessons
speed dating.
