it would depend on your hair type, thickness, and health...some peoples hair will not grow further than their lower back because the individual strands break...

The longest head of hair belonged to Xie Qiuping of China and measured 5.627 metres (18 feet 5.54 inches) on 8 May 2004. [17]

hair has a natural length. lets say 35 inches.
but it changes on parts of your body
(did you ever see anybody with hair on their arms 35 inches long? NO!)
leg hair probably only grows 2 inches max even if you never cut it.
the hair on your head also has a natural length which varies from person to person. it also may change as you age.
i would pick 35 inches of these answers but in practice it is
probably less.

It depends on your hairtype first but mostly how you treat your hair. So it doesnt have to be any of them. I dont cut my hair but it doesnt grow all the way down my back all the time because sometimes I abuse it and sometimes it just falls out.

That would depend on the type of your hair--thin, thick, curly, straight, dry, oily, etc.
