That depends . . . . the last 1989 jeep I worked, had a body that looked like it just came off the showroom floor.
The catch is, it was brought in because the brakes were not working.
Turns out the brake lines had rusted thru, you could poke your finger thru the frame just about anywhere and when I grabbed ahold of the tow hitch, a half inch thick chunk of rust fell off.
I told the owner not to try to pull anything with the rig or he would pull the entire back half off.
The funny part was, he had just had a new engine put in it.

I would try to sell it for $1500 and then allow yourself to be bartered down to $1000, anything above $1000 you're doing good.
