My grandma husband don't like her shid zoo...How can I get him to like her FAST!!!!!!

i know a couple been married for 7 yrs and the husband doesn't like wife's dogs ever. your grandma's husband is going to have to put up with grandma's dog

Oops-- a 'grandma's husband' is an old guy, right? Probably a confirmed dog-hater and it might be pretty hard to get them to bond. I have a son (36) who isn't keen on our dog, but he loves me and when he is here he will take the dog for a little walk if I ask... I don't think there is much conversation when they walk (lol) and he doesn't seem any closer to the dog, but he isn't abusive, and I imagine that is what you want to avoid, right?
Could tell him how much it means to you that he is kind and respectful to your grandma's dog. Would he respond to that straight-forward approach?

Dogs can pretty much judge people pretty well. Her dog probably can sense her husband doesn't like her so she distances herself from him or growls at him. He would have to do things with the dog to get it to become closer to her. I mean I don't' know of anyway you can get a dog to like someone if the person doesn't try as well. good luck ;o)

Rub bacon on grandpa's hands when he is not looking. Perhaps the licking from the dog will melt his heart, by thinking the dog likes him.

If its a person who does not like animals , then its not fair to the animal to be in that household. Dogs thrive on human kindness and love.

My Uncles husband had a poodle that he hated!!! Pick up the dog, and hold it to your face, and say...
"Grandpa... Look it this face!" in your cutest voice. It worked for my Uncle.
Or try training the dog...
That works too!!! :)
