If i wanted a pocket or super bike(gos or electric, doesn't matter) that goes like 30 or 40 mph and is under $300 or just a little over, what should I get?

There are plenty of them that go over 30 and under 300 and run on gas...I just don't know which one 2 choose

I don't know about gas, but there are NO electric bikes for under $300 that Will do over 15mph.
Mos state maximums are 20mph, and those bikes will cost you over $700.
About 1200 will get an ebike (not street legal) that goes 30mph

Bicycles run off of human effort, not gas, and a bike that will allow you to go 30mph will be a lot more than $300. Carbon fiber and titanium are not cheap, and neither are Campagnolo components.
