I've seen many people respond to questions in regards to the Minutemen and I can't even begin to tell you how appaled and upset I was.

To these anti-Americans, the Minutemen are considered 'racists.' Why not say they're patriotic, hardworking Americans who don't want to see this nation fall?

I don't see you guys doing anything to help make this country secure and keep its citizens safe.

For those of you who have nothing better to do with your time than down talk those who are tryin' to keep this country safe, you really ought to ask yourself what it is that you're doing with your life that is so great and heroic.. On top of that, show some fxcking RESPECT for those who are defending you.

Absolutely! Hurray for those who defend America ...even if they may be wrong. I don't say minutemen are by any means. Our country NEEDS passionate people to defend what is the AMerican peoples best interests. It's clear the goverment is not doing it.
As long as these people conduct themselves legally, they have my respect and support.

The Minutemen are doing a very good job, every American should join, if you can give time, money, or what ever you can do for them. We are only doing what the nuts in Washington will not do. Cities and States across our country, passing laws that deal with this illegal immigration problem are only doing what Washington will not do.

It's not like I asked this toothless band of rednecks to sit on the border on my behalf. As against illegal immigration as I am, this is not the answer. Next thing you know you'll be glad when a militia takes over your state because the governor was considering gay marriage. Diplomacy is an art and results can take time. While the present situation isn't perfect, having the "Minutemen" sit on the border only casts a negative light on all Americans.

Sitting on a lawn chair, and pointing out people is not making anyone safe. Now if they were volunteer firefighters in Oregon, I would respect them. If they were in Iraq, I would not make jokes about the correlation between the increase of Minutemen and divorce.

Defending me from what? Mexicans? If they stopped doing what they're doing nothing will change. There's only a hand full of them along the border, like the last poster said ,sitting in lawn chairs and pointing people out. What they should do is volunteer in their communities, clean up their streets, and do neighborhood watches to keep people safe. We're still fighting the war on crime, and the war on drugs. We have terrorists on our streets selling drugs and killing people. They should be focusing on that. They're just wasting their time.

I agree with you, I could have not put it any better myself. That is what is wrong, many wants to complain, but they are the same ones that are cowards.
