Awesome question. I'm Sunni and confessing that creates lots of enemies because Muslims are not liked due to cliché stereotypes......but I try to keep an open mind and not judge others as they judge me.

What a great question. I'm surprised someone asked it. I don't believe Satan is the god-like entity that we (meaning Christians) think he is. I believe this because of 2 things. One - I know the beast in Revelations is man and the dragon in chapter 12 is "satan". If you'll notice, the dragon and the beast look identical. I think it is because they are one and the same - the beast being man and the dragon being his evil human nature. Peter called man a brute beast and proverbs says that the heart of man is deceitfully wicked above ALL things. Secondly - I believe he is us because Revelations says that the dragon is "satan, that serpent, the devil of old" and if you notice the dragon was just a sign in heaven and not a real dragon, also a dragon is a mythological creature. IT'S NOT REAL and I believe God is telling us there that our concept of satan isn't real either. Infact Satan is rarely mentioned in the old testament and when he is an adversary or an enemy, not the adversary or enemy. Demon worship came later from the Greeks. And lastly, it gives power and authority to the beast (man) which is what our evil human arrogant prideful nature gives us. Power over others. But mostly I believe this because when you think about all of the attributes identified with satan - he is omnipresent, he knows what you're thinking and is timeless, to name a few, these are all attributes that belong to God alone. That is my secret that only afew of my close fellowship know about. If I was to try to tell other Christians, they wouldn't let me even begin to explain. They wouldn't hear it. Thanks for asking such a provocative question.

FEW know that I have spoken in tongues.

I went to a Joyce Meyer conference and I am Christian. We were having worship before the sermon and I said,
"Holy Spirit,.." and I was talking in tongues. I KNOW I did and have done it once since that time. I do not speak in tongues, yet I did.

I tell you what, when it was over--I felt such restfulness in my heart. I felt renewed, in a word. It was an awesome experience. I don't practice it, so I do not know when or why God will let me experience it again.

I had had my doubts (ya know?) about talking in tongues. But NOW, I KNOW that there can be another type of worship.

I believe God gives you the gift. I don't think that you can PLAN to do it every time you worship--it just happens.

ANYWAY, that was something not too many people know about me.

BY THE WAY---VERY interesting question,......!

I go to a high school where everyone else went to a Catholic middle school and I've been in public schools. Also, I don't belive in god so it's difficult sometimes. It can be hard to deal with. My two best friends are both Catholic and they just accept the fact that I don't believe they also accept that in America that is my right. They do pray for me, which I appreciate, and they also pray for my parents and sister, she's handicap. I thinks it's very nice of them to pray for us. I may not believe in it but I have no proof that it doesn't work. And the thought that they are helping is very nice.

None. Everyone who knows me know that I am a child of the Most High God and I love Him dearly. There are no skeletons in my closet about my God. May God Bless U.

Mine is not secret, but what's different about mine is that I don't feel the need to shove my beliefs down everybody's throat and legislate it like certain conservatives have in the recent past. I also don't feel the need to put a bazillion bumper stickers on my car telling the world how I feel to make myself seem more important.
