Diet and exercise is key. Don't deprive yourself but don't make excuses either. If you need a little assistance, I have friends who lost weight on prepacked meals (Nutri-system and Medi-fast) or through Jenny Craig. I've tried Weight Watchers and that's also great! It's difficult but it's really up to you to really want to lose it. Good luck and have fun on your trip!

What is your requirement?
You say you were flying to maui in June (obviously last year) right?
You want to lose 35 pounds - body weight or the luggage you carry?
Ask not such vague questions seeking help from others; ask how you can improve your questions and help yourself!

You can try the Master Cleanse diet. It worked for me. I lost 20 pounds in 1 month and I've never felt better. Of course along with the diet you must also exercise and stay active. You can go online and read about this diet. Good luck!
