with low impact excersie that has Arthritis & Muscels disease. Use to walk two-three miles everyday and actually got high on life. My body became addicted to it and then tradgey struck and nothing has ever been the same. Is it possible?

Walking on a daily basis is probably the best thing to do. If joining a gym is possible, add a workout on an elliptical machine. It's very low impact and you can add upper body motion as well.

Any amount of exercise has a benefit. Start out slow. As time progresses you will be able to travel longer distances. Go to your local mall and see if they have an early morning walking club. Good luck.

yes, or if you can try swimming it has no impact at all and eat healthy you can lose
