I think you either have poor taste in men, or you're way too picky. And what are manners anyway? Are you talking about stuff like not putting elbows on tables while you eat? Holding open doors for women? Everyone has their own standards of what they think are good manners. Don't be snotty about it. For some people, like me, good manners mean just being kind to people without being an asslicker, and trying not to be gross. Good night!

Does he not care or does he just not know? If he doesn't care, then there isn't much you can do...If he is open to guidance, just POLITELY tell him when he is doing something rude and help him understand why it is rude or gross or whatever....
