Actually married men are not normally ordained as Priests in the Roman Catholic Church. (Though this may be changed someday.)
The only exception is that ordained ministers in other denominations who decide to convert to the Catholic Church may become priests. (For example, there was an Episcopal Priest who became a Catholic Priest recently in (I think) South Carolina, and he is married and has 4 kids.)
Married men may ordained Deacons. This is a step below the full priest, but above the non-ordained. They can't say Mass, or hear Confessions, but they can do a great many other things.
In both cases these men are still perfectly free to have as much sex with their wives as they and their wives want.
They are not supposed to be having sex outside of marriage, but that is true of all Catholics, not just the ordained ones.

They may NOT be ordained unless they have already been an Anglican priest or close to it and were already married. A person may not be ordained a priest if they feel they would like to marry. The people (the few) who are married in the Roman Catholic rite, that were transferred over (sort of) may still have relations with their wife but, after the wife has died they must remain celibate. The Eastern Rite may have married priests though and still be affiliated with the Church and the Pope.

Married men may only be ordained in Eastern Rite Catholicism. They can't be ordained in Latin Rite Catholicism.

Our local parish priest (Roman Catholic) is married. He was formerly an Anglican priest (called Episcoplian in the US) and converted over to Catholicism after he got married..
Interestingly, he indirectly replaced another priest who was forced to leave the priesthood because he wanted to get married!

In the Eastern Catholic hcurch, maried men may become priests -- opriests may not marry. The married part has to come first. when a married priest becomes a widow, he may not re-marry. In most Eastern Catholic churches, the bishops are taken from the monasteries -- they must be celibate -- not married.
