I think they get a 'big head' and think that because they're American citizens that they can do whatever the fxck they want.
More importantly, if they don't like American citizens, American cultures, or the English language, they should move 'cause there are many other countries that they can reside in.

Sad but true they know that America is the land of hospitality and our kindness is going to be our downfall in the long run. We have become a nation that HAS to be politically correct because of all the bleeding hearts in this country.

they dont, learning another language takes time, they are trying to adapt. It is absurd to state that people need to "stay in their own country" when English is not even an official language of the US.

yeah, I see both points. One being that we did whatever we wanted to the indians and second it like now we are the indians.
Although I am not happy now how everything has to be politically correct now. Example: Christmas pagents are now known as Holiday pagents and we cannot even decorate with xmas trees or anything xmas at our place of business . it has to be diverse and just state happy holidays. I say let either side do whatever and both respect each others customs and live and let live.

The fact is it is twice as likely for a foreigner to become a millionaire in the US as a resident. They work harder than we do so they deserve to have us adapt. They have the $ because they dedicated themselves to serving Americans even if they can barely speak our language. I am always amazed how well they do by hard work and am inspired by their example. Bring more here!

They are not pointing a gun at anybody's head to force their language. People (or, businesses, if you prefer) are voluntarily switching to foreign languages for their selfish needs.

wow, that one guy totally missed the bus. This is about Americans not pandering to the masses of immigrants coming to this country wanting the country to change for them. These people come here and expect it all to be handed to them. They expect America to appease the people too lazy to learn the language. I don't know about you, but when it comes to European immigrants, you don't see many of them coming to the country without knowing any English expecting to have it all handed to them.

thank you, thank you! they move here and try and make us adapt to their ways and they do not learn English because they really do not know what respecting one's host country is all about. I wish, too, they would please get the hell out of our country or respect us.

I bet the Indians said the same thing a few hundred years back, except they were saying "if you can't speak Wampoag (or Comanche or Apache or....)"
lighten up! USA is a nation of immigrants. Always has been, always will be, despite what you and your xenophobic ilk might wish.
