113 pounds is a healthy weight for your height. I know that is not what you want to hear. People with eating disorders always have them, so be careful not to fall back into bad habits. Good luck to you!

I don't think you ever fully recover from an eating disorder (or at least it takes a long time) that's probably why you are so unhappy with your weight. With that said it could be dangerous to diet because you could relapse but just eat healthy foods, ones that won't make you feel guilty, an occasional junk food is fine though just try to eat lots of veggies and lean meats, low sodium is good too since it can make you feel bloated, and stay away (for the most part) from highly processed foods. Maybe take a walk every day. Just make sure you're careful that you don't slip back into your disorder :o) good luck! By the way 113 is a healthy weight for your height...

Eating 6 times a day is better then eating 3. It spaces out your calorie intake and makes it easier to burn. You will also eat less at your main meals. Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack. Also, drink lots of water.. some people say that it doesn't do much and some do, I have had success with it so I highly recommend it. Also, don't starve yourself of your favorite foods, you will only binge on them later. I am sure you want to loose weight and KEEP it off as well. Remember no foods are bad for us it's the amount we eat. PORTION CONTROL!!! Calories in vs calories out, this is what weight loss is.

Firstly, stop thinking your fat. You need to GAIN another 20-30 pounds just to be considered normal let alone fat. To be fat, you'd have to gain another 50-90. But if you insist on not being the weight you are, work out. Get into shape. Maybe it will make you feel better about yourself. Eat all three meals a day (if not MORE, most doctors recommend eating more than 3 meals a day) and start working out. Your body will be toned and perhaps you will be happier with yourself.

Go down to around 105. Eat healthy and exercise, but you probably know from the eating disorder center how best to eat. Don't lose weight very fast, because that might tempt you back into anorexia. I think a month should be the fastest to lose that weight. Good luck.

Honestly, I don't think you need to lose weight. If anything, you should try to gain some muscle. Make sure you eat plenty of protein and stay hydrated. Beyond that, I'd say leave it alone.
