Diet pills are a billion dollar industry for NO reason. Pills do NOT work. There are side effects and each pill has a different effect on your nervous system, stomach, and liver. It's NOT worth it. If you don't like exercise, cut your portion sizes in half. If you exercise, eat 6 small meals a day. Don't treat each meal like it's your last. You're not eating for the last time and don't need to overdo it. There's plenty of food and you will eat again. So, take it slow and small. NO PILLS! Too dangerous.

Pills are not the answer. A proper diet is the best way to lose weight naturally and keep it off. You have to eat a varied adequate and balanced diet. Your body needs all kinds of food to function properly including fat in smaller quantities though. Your body needs the nutrients and vitamins in fruits and vegetables the most, that is what you should eat the most of (at least 5 servings a day). You also need protein, and a little fat. Reduce your intake of sweets, fried food and foods that contain a lot of fat. Don't drink too many alcoholic beverages or soft drinks (they have a lot of calories). Don't go to sleep right after you eat. And finally exercise at least 3 to 4 days a week for about 45 minutes.Good luck. You can also get more information about nutrition from this site:

Weight loss pills are just a gimmic, their not the answer your looking for. You need to do a combination of things that will Help you lose weight... a combination of exercise, diet, and sleep. You just can't take a magic pill and lose all your weight. Your intake of calories and trans fats must be less than fat burned. Thats the real way how to lose weight.
