I met a girl after she gave me her number and met for coffee. She felt very comfortable with me from the get go because was beet red alot when I talked to her and she would extend her arm out towards me with her palms up and ask me a lot of questions about myself. She also had me sip her drinks a couple times, and asked me if I wanted to go out for drinks with her at a nice mexican restaurant after coffee. Her and I flirted some more and she laughed at practically anything I said. She also wanted to show me her new house she was trying to buy.and when I asked her for dinner she smiled broadly and said "I'd love to".

We were supposed to go out again tonight and she hasnt' returned my calls. What's the deal? It's been a week now and she's always returned my calls and has taken lengths to get back to me in the past. I know she's trying to buy a house and it's the holidays but am I kidding myself?

I called her a total of 4 times in two weeks. Call again or quit?

She may have had a good time but she may have been testing the waters and cannot call you. She also may have some things going on and does not know you well enough to tell you all that. I would suggest backing off and giving it a couple of weeks then call her back. Give her some time to get back in touch. Don't take it personally. sometimes we are in the middle of someone Else's issues and may never know about it.

House hunting is serious business...a big investment. I would call again...don't sound too desperate. Just say 'Hi, I was wondering if you'd like to meet again sometime when you have a free moment?' or 'Would you like to go for another coffee or go for a walk in a park?' She may be packing and getting things organized...

Don't call her a million times a day either, don't sound aggressive and don't sound desperate...that would turn a girl off.

Its a possibility that she is not ready for commitment, possibly she is scared to get close to you due to the fact that maybe she just had a broke up or hasn't gotten over from the last breakup. Another possibility she has a boyfriend that she didn't tell you about it. I had a friend and she did that, she would go on dates but was with another man, she just liked the attention of other men but she was committed to her boyfriend.

I say quit calling she may have been in a relationship and trying to get space from him and was using you in the mean time. Give her no attention and she will be calling you to see what ur up to. She may have another one somewhere she has not told you about. I will take her place if that will make you feel better. HE!HE!

Sorry man, something made her change her mind. It might not have been you- all you can do is move on. 4 calls in two weeks is plenty. She could have found time to at least return one call and say hi.

Time to move on.

I think you should give it some time and let her call you, the ball is in her court. Althought it's easier said than done I don't think that you should take it personal that you hasn't gotten back to you b/c should could be going through some misc. personal issues.

Well, you should try again. If you think she really dosen't like you.. it's over. But if you find her, tell her how you feel. And that she should take you seriously. If you're ever on a date that goes well, you should plan the next date while you're on the date.

I would make one last attempt and leave a messege letting her know i'm concerned about her. Ask her to return your call, just so you know she's alright. If she calls...see what she says, if she doesnt...enjoy the memory and move on.
