My aunt who is a nurse said that if you get to feeling nervous try rubbing the cartilage part of your ears. Do it for a while but don't rub to hard because that causes the ears to burn. So gently rub the top portion (cartilage part) of the ear. It works wonders.

Dude, I just got them over. Just take a deep breath, pray, and say to yourself "This is going to be so hard, but I know that i passed this far, I can pass this too."
ALWAYS think tests are going to be super hard. Because I had a English teacher who was super strict and weird and I always had Bs in her class. So when I had the exam I was expecting the worse and guess what? i got a 93 on the exam!
But....
I was one of the smart kids in my Science class. I always had As and barly studied. He told us the test was going to be easy and usally he says test are hard. So i left my Science study time for other subjects and was left the exam with an 88. Doesn't that suck? From an A to a B. I am such a loser! ^_^
Think the worse. It helps. Alot. Then after the test, you'll be "Wow, that wasn't so bad after all"

Get some exercise to release the tension. Is it too late to do a review with another student or a study group. If you've studied and reviewed your notes many times that's about all you can do, so think positive thoughts and don't freeze up. Make sure you review everything that is on your course outline--I can't remember right now what it's called and make sure you know everything that the instructor has listed. Good luck.

I have this same problem. I freak out for tests. But, I try to exercise and take breaks from school and studying. Take deep breaths and try to think of good things. I'm not saying that this is the cure, but it seems to help me some.
Alcohol brings out more problems and you do not want to go down that road. And remember, no one is 100% confident about tests, even if they say they are. You can never know everything, so just relax and don't overthink everything.

Try to breath deeply from the gut - not high in the chest. Try to think of a place that you found to be comforting, peaceful and serene and try to envision yourself there. Try drinking some hot tea; I recommend Celestial Seasonings Tension Tamer. Eat foods rich in vitamin B.

Deep breathing, lay down in a quiet room and breathe, count your breaths and concentrate on breathing slowly and deeply in through your nose to the count of 4, hold to the count of four and breathe out through your nose to the count of 4. Do this for 15 minutes and just concentrate on that. It will help, it puts me to sleep.

Just be well prepared for the exams, and go in there with the confidence that you know the material and will do well.
