by filing an adjustment to status and then paying LOTS of money to then hopefully get the right to remain here.......

Dont mean to sound so bitter BUT am getting a little fed up of the ALL the money am paying when came here legally and STILL waiting for the govt. to sort them selves out, good job my husband has such a good job really..........

IF by good luck your husband is military then go to base legal and at least get them to help you fill out your papers etc

k1 is a fiancee visa . you can't chance that . if you choose not to get married you need to leave the country at least as soon as the k1 is expired.
