I don't think eating candy makes one break out. If eating a certain food (like Butterfingers) makes your skin break out, then don't eat that. Also read the book Diet for Your Blood type and try adhering to the diet associated w/ your blood type for a couple of months. See if that helps. I used to eat lots of chicken and peanut butter. Found out that those items are not so good for me. Since I eliminated them from my diet, my skin has improved.

Another key thing to do is wash your face w/ mild soap (I use imported olive oil soap) at least 2x daily, morning and evening at a minimum. That helps as well.

Either wash your hair frequently or keep it out your face.

It might be. Acne is caused by stress, lack of sleep, and certain things in your diet such as salt, caffeine, and sugar. Depends on what kind of candy you mean but if you have acne you might want to cut down on the candy, sodas, and drink more water.

Dermatologist say that food doesnt cause acne. I know my skin pretty well and I know if I eat a whole butterfinger I will break out for like a week. But all skin is different. what about yours? does yours break out when you eat candy? if it does, dont eat it.

NO, got nothing to do with it. It's your oilfactory glands that produce more oil and therefore you get zits. Rather stay away from fatty foods.

No true as acne is caused by the staph bacteria. Dirt and oil clog up your pores trapping the bacteria and dirt causing acne.
