Romance is what happens between the point of meeting guy and the time he gets in your pants.
A "Hopeless Romantic" is a girl that doesn't have any guys trying to get in her pants. She is a "Hopeless Romantic."
Not to be sexist cause there are plenty of hopeless guys out there, but before they end up at the strip club and drunk before they get romantic.
