What's the verse in the Bible that talks about Christians having trials?

Tribulation is a part of being a Christian. While many claim the being Christian means peace with liberty to do what they want. The truth is far different. Acts 14:22 say , that we through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God. There are many other verses, the bible is filled with example of the persecution that comes as a result of being a living witness of Jesus Christ.
