We bought my mom a webcam for Christmas and when she went to use the wizard to set up the camera the software gave her the following error message:
Bad hh exe
DllC:\WINDOWS\WINMM.dll is not a valid Windows image please check against installation disk.
She googled the error but did not find anything that gave her a way to fix it. I'm also going to be trying the Windows website to see it they have a fix but I wanted to try here as well. Thanks.

winmm.dll is corrupt. Try replacing the file.

Use the installation cd not the wizard.

Try disabling your Antivirus service.
