You're just going to have to play out your current relationship, and if you wind up breaking up - you're going to have to let some serious time elapse (like a year or so) before you put the mack on the friend. If you were to do something rash now, you'd not only screw up your chances of ending your current relationship amicably, but almost certainly would screw up their friendship too.

I'd suggest talking to your girl. Who knows, she may be feeling your relationship is a little off and be glad for the chat.
I went through a similar incident so I know what postion you're in. You need to communicate your concerns to your girlfriend (preferably not telling her that you like her best friend, as that could cause tension in her realtionship with her friend) and let her know how you feel. Who knows, you might be able to work something out between the two of you. If you're honest you'll feel a whole lot better about confronting this problem then if you go behind your girlfriend's back and do something you'll regret. Best of luck!

Personally, I would call it off with your girl friend if you believe that is the best thing to do. Then give yourself a break between her and her best friend. Just figure out if it's really worth trying to go out with her best friend, knowing there will be consequences to it. Eventually, I'm sure, at some point and time, your current girl friend and you are going to be history if, when you do, break up. Of course this is up to you. If you want to try and continue this relationship, then go for it but don't put yourself in such a big hole that you can't dig out of. Again, realize that if you call it off with your girl friend there will be some tough times. In the end, if she gets all mad, then don't worry about her because she's got her own problems. Hope this helps!

No relationship is set in stone. Make sure you let her know that. The only way you can be a bad person about it is to tell her what 's difference between her and her best friend. If you are afraid to look bad to your girlfriend, maube you should rethink leaving her if her opinion matters. I did the same thing and I ended up missing my boyfriend because the guy I liked wasn't who I thought he would be. DO NOT SAY: "I think we should see other people." Because thats only half a sentence. The other half that she will fill in is "That are not you".

"Making a move" would make you a bad person. At least have the courtesy to end your relationship with your gf. The grass always seems greener on the other side, I hope you are prepared.

That's just wrong!!! You should just dump your girl (since you obviously don't feel the same for her anymore) And find someone completely new.... not her friend!! Chances are if she's that good of a friend she will turn you down anyways.....

You are a bad person if you do. You don't have to act on EVERY feeling or impulse. that's what's wrong with the world today. That's why I need to lose 40lbs....that's why I slept with my wicked ex and he broke my heart again. That's why theres a war going on. You get the point. Don't DO IT!!!! There will be plenty other hotties to your liking. Do not be a prisoner of you latest urge or craving!

Well, just tell your gf how you feel. DO NOT tell her you are breaking up and then go for her friend! TELL HER exactly what u are doing so that she won't think worse thoughts of you!
I hope that helps u!

first you need to dump your girlfriend if you dont have the same feelings as before. do so in a good manner so that her best friend doesnt think you are scum. after a little while make your move on her.

Break up with your gf, stay single 4 a while (like 2 weeks or so) and then ask her out! Easy Peasy!
