The best one that I have found so far is from Pinnacle...

I have Pinnacle 9 but have 10.5 on the way...

Pinnacle 10.5 studio suite costs about $136.. well worth the money!...

Pinnacle Studio Suite lets you record your digital video onto your computer and then you can edit it, add audio, photos, etc...

you can burn it to a dvd or save it onto your computer for later.

But if cost is a factor, Cyberlink has some decent products.
