it depends in your current weight and what gender you are but really a 10 year old should not be losing 20 pounds in 2 months maybe in 3 or 4 but i dont think it would be healthy if you lost 20 pounds...if you really want to lose that weight...ask someone let you see a doctor about losing that weight.

2. Exercise. Start with a little cardio--if you dont' have a gym or something you can go to, do something as simple as walking/jogging around the living room instead of sitting when wathcing tv. Any movement is better than none.
3. Organize your life. Make sure your schedule is worked out, your homework is always done as early as possible, etc. If you have that stuff stressing you, it makes it harder to lose weight.
4. If that doesn't work, consult a nutritionist.

Just be happy!I'm 11 and i just make sure not to not over eat and i try to be active by running around,playing in the rain,etc!Don't try going on a diet,you can get really weak if you stop eating meat.Even if you are a few pounds over weight that doesn't mean you need to lose weight!One more tip,be happy!!!If you are happy you will want to exercise more and you won't eat as much!!!

a ten year old shouldnt be loseing that weight in 3 months! they should maintain their weight over the future years and hopefully it will sort its self as they grow !!

just let them eat healthy foods and excersize daily dor 30 min in the morning and 30 min before u go to bed and when get up in the morning drink a full cup of water i tried it and it worked perfectly for me in one week i lost about 5 pounds.

Why does a 10 yr old need to lose weight for , and if you need to lose weight casue you are over weight you need to talk too your parent to make sure you are doing it safely ..
