You should consider legally changing your address and having your mail forwarded to your new one. You can also call your place of employment and tell them the new address to send the W2 to.

Your best bet is to contact the company you worked for and inform them your address has changed. Government documents are not forwarded like regular mail. So just call that company and inform them of your new address so they can send them to you directly.
