Well, since bleach is an acid and caustic chemical, it would burn holes in your esophagus and stomach and probably eventually liquefy them until you started bleeding internally or your heart and lungs stopped functioning. And I'm sure it would be rather painful.

Depends how much.

If you drank enough, it would be a race to see which would kill you first: the caustic effect of the burn on the digestive tract and the poisonous activity of the bleach once it got into the bloodstream.
