I read previous answers and it made me confused that maybe i've understood your question wrong, but it seemed to me that you want to know the meaning of the word "goleh sang".
ok, goleh sang or in better word "gol e sang" means stony flower in persian.

I am Iranian and I abhor being refered to as persian.Persia was an impire which existed 20 centuries a go.I attach importance to my history only as events that happened in a certain time in the past.For example,I was jewish on the side of my mother 10 centuries ago.They all converted to Islam.I consider myself to be a muslim above any thing else.
