Oh yes, you can fry Bologna. One of the best sandwiches going. If you are using pre-sliced bologna you will need to cut slits in it that go toward the center or you will wind up with curly bologna. If you have a chub of bologna cut 1/4 inch slices and fry like you would a burger. People in Indiana and Michigan will tell you that they are the best sandwich. I prefer mine with mustard and onions. Yummy!!!!

YES a south Baltimore favorite is a fried bologna sandwich (usually on white bread)
It is the only way I'll eat it, too. I cut 4-5 slits so it lays flat. and use a little butter in the pan. Esskay is my favorite.

Deffiantely, actually this is the only way I will eat it. I think someone else suggested cutting slits so that it does not raise up in the middle I like mine a little extra brown so I just go ahead and cut it into four traingular pieces. I would suggest trying with regular balogna first.. The fat free or reduced does not do near as well.

Sure. My grandmother used to make her youngest son fried bologna with bologna gravy. Of course, this was fifty or so years ago, so I don't remember what she served with it, though.

Yes, cut four little slits in it so it doesn't bubble up. I hate to admit it because it is such garbage meat, but I love a fried bologna sandwich! There is so much fat in it you don't even need to use oil....LOL!
