If they think they can do better than me somewhere else then so be it. I can do better too--and they best remember that!! I don't have to cheat--all I have to do is walk away, and if they cheat, then CYA---because I am worth more than they would ever be able to give me anyway!!!!

It hurts, alot. I have recently found out that my fiance had cheated on me with whom I thought was my best friend, is a long story and will keep it short.
But being cheated on really, really hurts and it is only up to the person if they feel they can forgive and move forward, or realize that they can't and decide to kiss the cheater goodbye.

It depends on who they cheated with.
For example:
If my man cheated on me with a man. I wouldn't be as hurt because it clearly wasn't because of something I wasn't doing.
But it he cheated with a woman. I'd be devastated because he should be able to talk to me about what he needs.
Either way, I would be hurt, but I wouldn't take it personally. People who cheat have their own issues with themselves and that isn't the fault of the other person, if they can't control themselves.

It depends on what you mean by cheating. Did this person simply go out with someone else? How long have you two been going out and have you talked committment. Need more details.

I'm soooo sorry! Nobody deserves that! And you can defidently find someone else that will treat you better than that! Just remember everything happens for a reason.

I would wonder how I did not see it coming and then I would be mad at the person for not being real with me. Then I would realize how immature and sad the person was--but I would never date them again.

Hurt and angry for a while; but I will forgive and move on. There will be no reconciliation in this relationship. The way I see it - it's his lost.

I'd dump them because 1) I would never do and have never done such a thing, and 2) I wouldn't trust them not to do it again.
