My ex-boyfriend lies and he swears he never lies he also never cheated on me but posts his almost naked pictures online to meet girls and he swore that he loves me that he doesn't show it. He also hit me, even after he promised never to hurt a girl.

When there is abuse involved, leave. He doesn't love you or anyone, except himself.

Yes, people with multiple personality disorder can not know they have it. But it doesn't sound like your boyfriend has MPD so much as that they are an abusive liar who is trying to cheat on you. I think that absent a lot of evidence that they have MPD you should assume that they are just lying to you. All things being equal, the simplest answer is the best.
