thai government have done not thing to prevent the violence.
since Taksin took office, it has been bombing and killing in the south end of the country for 5 yearsss, and do you believe it or not, they found nothing, no suspect and no clue to fix the problem !!
now taksin was gone, and the multiple bombing was set off in Bangkok, but again the new military government still found nothing.
just wondering the government really know what are they doing?

Between who? There is no ongoing major conflict within Thailand. What had been happening was some disgruntled people sending a very strong signal to the government, nothing to do with war. So no civil war.

No. Thailand had never been in a civil war in its entire history. Thais are all one in blood and religion. So they don't have this sectarian thing like Iraq.
