Im assuming he said no the first time????? if so obviously he doesnt wanna go out with you not being mean but its the truth. try asking him why he doesnt wanna go out with u mayb its something you can change but proberly he just doesnt c you and him in a relationship. Move on

How did it go the first time? If the answer is not well or not at all, then no, you should not ask him out again.

Again? What he didn't hear u the 1st time or something? I would say no, u don't want to come off desperate! And if u decide to at least wait, u know give it some time for him to forget u asked the 1st time!

If he said no the first time, why put yourself out there for rejection again?

It depends on what you asked and what he said.

If he said "I'm sorry, I'm busy then", it usually means I HAVE PLANS. Nothing more, nothing less....
