in ohio and penn. and w.v. people say Warsh instead of wash and stuff like that would you classify that under the language hopi? or is that a made up language?

The Hopi language is the language of the Hopi people (Native Amerians). "Warsh" is not part of the Hopi language. The Hopi live in Arizona.

urbandictionary.com says "warsh" originated in Missouri:

warsh:
St. Louisan for "wash".

I'm going to warsh my car

Hoopie is also listed. If it is correct, then you're right about it's origins. Hoopie is a derogatory word for the ways in which "trailor trash" from Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia speak. It's not an actual language, though!
