No, but years ago our pastor and his wife were both adopted as children. The wife was really well-adjusted but the husband did not have as happy of a childhood... He found out he was adopted when he was about 8. He had decided to wash the dishes to surprise his parents, and dropped one of them and it shattered, and when his parents rushed in one of them said, "WE ARE SORRY WE EVER ADOPTED YOU!" and that sort of set the tone for the rest of his childhood... They had 5 very very nice, well-behaved, respectful, hardworking children, the youngest of which was not officially adopted but had lived with them since she was 5 when her mom asked this family to take her.
