We just got a male boxer pup on Friday and still haven;t found the perfect name! He is fawn with a black mask, and the most loveable little guy ever! We've tossed around Duke, Leo, Caeser, Dante, and just aren't sure. Any suggestions??

We just got a female boxer puppy, she too is fawn with a black mask, she's incredibly lovable as well except with a fierce little attitude when she's in play mode...
When I was looking at different boxers sites after we got her we realized these dogs originated from Germany. It just so happens my mother-in-law is German so we started there and with her help we chose Nadja for our girl... If that sounds like something you'd want to do just type German Dictionary in your search engine and it'll take you to English/German dictionary's and a few of them have voice pronunciation.
I went there and found so many neat names for a boy boxer it kinda made me wish we had one.

Actually, if you do a search and put in Boxer names, you'll usually get tons of hits of alphabetized names to choose from. Also, look at the AKC champions for some good ideas too.
Personally, I like Dempsey after the great boxer Jack Dempsey!

I'd recommend Sasquatch. What about Piranha? Maybe you could name him Rocky since he's a boxer. Or maybe Balboa to commemorate the last Rocky movie. The name Balboa has a nice ring to it. Good luck choosing a name.
