i wish i wasn't on the way to bed!!
only cos it's late and i gotta be up in the a.m.
ur question deserves an answer.
if they do it for money, it is understandable.
whether it is right or wrong....well..
I am a Christian but with a real soft spot for just about everyone,
I do not condemn them bcos i am not perfect. i had three kids outside of marriage but i am solid on my beliefs and sincere when i give my opinions.
if my daughter or son were involved I would tell them to utilise any money they get from doing it really wisely and then get the hell out at the earliest opportunity.
I don't know if u have ever heard of the Jesus' girls. started by former porn stars and glamour models and stuff.
u are absolutely right. it is russian roulette.
one down, all down.
one bisexual infected man can take out maybe 20-30 others. it is very scarey especially if they are having unprotected stuff. i think they have regular checks and so may be cleaner, but their actions encourage others to copy, especially youngsters. i have heard of orgies happening out in public places between 13/14 y/olds. I suppose in some ways they regard it as a hobby. i think maybe it is a bit of a dangerous one. sadly the porn industry encourages others to take the path which leads to disease and death. this is where i have a slight problem.
good question tho. doesn't anyone get bored of watching the same sort of stuff???? maybe it's just me but i prefer it a bit more sensual and a bit less habitual.

Yes to be honest it is safer! I do porn and I can tell you that I get a full Std, HIV and Pregnancy test every 3 weeks. I am also on the pill and use condoms even with my partner!
We have to provide a certificate listing our test results before we are allowed to do a shoot! This costs £30 a month so yes we are dedicated to safety. I think its about time women in porn should be accepted, and congratulated. We are sisters doing it for ourselves. We are sexual, safe, independent and make good money! We are not dumb or unhappy contrary to popular belief!

Well, no the porn industry is not safer than having sex with a trusted partner, but people who participate in pornography often have to get regular STI testing and share that information with their employer while there are plenty of people out there who lie about their STI status, don't get tested ect. This is why safe sex means more than just condoms, but regular STI testing too! Not to say that there are no porn stars that have recieved a quick treatment for clamydia or any of the number of sexually transmitted infections that go away after treatment with antibiotics and got on with their jobs. There are plenty of porn actors who have died of AIDS and have been forced to retire because of HIV infection.

I believe the American porn industry is fairly clean & free of STD's
and I would have no problem with being friends with someone in
the porn industry but I don't believe I would want to have a relationship with a woman who works or has worked in the porn industry...

Well to tell you the truth I really do think it would be safer to do porn. For the simple fact, they get tested every month and practice extra safe sex. Where as we average people get tested once A year or if you are like me after every partner. I don't see A thing wrong with porn. Hey, if I didn't have my breast done i do it myself rather than sleep with my guy.

Everyone has their own way of doing things. Some get HIV and some get lucky.
Perhaps people in the porn business are given recommended guidelines and safety education while some other people simply don't have access to proper STD information.
I don't know for sure, but it's a thought.

Wow. I wish my friends were so interesting instead of boring and married with eight kids.
Perhaps you should read a bit on the history of pornography. There are lots of books on Amazon. Educate yourself on it. The feminist perspectives are particularly good.
To answer your silly question, yes, they should certainly be accepted and liked. Many porn stars are smarter than me and you. And whose fault is porn, really? Not theirs. These women would be out of a job, broke on the street, if men didn't provide such an enormous market for pornography in the first place.

It is more clean to have sex with a porn star than a prostitute, and someone you could meet and trust could have hiv and just not tell you. There was a wpman who went round infecting people on purpose because a man gave it to her. They are all checked regularly. I think people will always look down on a person who has sex for money, it's just a part of life.

Of course porn industry is clean, people their have to be clean, and get tested probably like weekly. Also they use condoms at times, and street sex with your parner could be bad, cause you could catch germ or particles of hiv from streets or chair, cups, anything...
PS- Before having sex with anyone just get tested, and then do it at your own private place, cause their will be more of less of a chance catching hiv or any desiese.

in some ways it is cleaner because the good pron companies make sure you have been tested before. Stds are not about frequency of sex, it can happen after one time. While pron star is not a respectable job, all people (except murderers and paedophiles) deserve respect.
