If you have a new computer you might be able to find something in your computer where you can get spyware remover free for thirty days or sixty or whatever. ANYWAYS if the spyware you are talking is major like a Trojan Horse then Spyware removers will not help you at all.

That particular program is not for deletion!!
It could have serious effects and may keep Windows from operating correctly after deleting it.
Go to Google and type in the file name. You'll get many forums that come up discussing different issues with the file. Read all of them that are pertinent and then decide if there's an alternate route to take. It could be a problem with your game and that's why it's not letting you open it.
Once you have deleted it and Windows doesn't operate correctly, then you'll have to do a reinstall from DOS. If you can't do that, then you'll have to pay someone. My advice is to find out what the conflict is and then try to fix that. The problem is not the .exe file itself, it's something that the game is trying to do that goes counter to what the file is doing in Windows.
Good Luck!!!

you could try:
a squared - http://www.emsisoft.com/en/software/free/
bazooka adware/spyware scanner - http://www.kephyr.com/spywarescanner/index.html (this site also gives detailed step-by-step instructions for manually cleaning out invasive viruses/spyware)
'crap cleaner' - http://www.ccleaner.com/ - it's does a lot of regular cleanup (internet history, etc), but it also looks for some registry items to fix (like if you had a virus before and it left behind some registry entries not pointing to anything, it'll prompt you to remove them)
(rundll32.exe could have been launched by something that isn't harmful/bad, too; maybe kill the process and see what happens before trying to actually delete it)
good luck ... just make sure you make a system restore point and registry backup before changing anything!

Rundll32.exe is pretty important. There's a forum I like to visit that has really nice people that know what they are doing. Give them a try at http://forums.techguy.org/ and even if you don't know much at all, they can help. Just don't mention cracking stuff...they don't like that. They've helped me a few times, and I'm actually hoping to work on security things myself once I get a degree from my Uni. In the meantime, try Ad-aware http://www.lavasoft.com/products/ad-aware_se_personal.php
, and I would suggest Spybot, but you've already got it. Good luck!
