Thick Crust Pizza, made with sourdough, WILL be less fattening because it dosnt contain as mush salt.

If the number and amount of toppings is the same on two pizzas, then the one with the thinner crust would have fewer calories and therefore be less fattening.
The reduction would be in the number of carbohydrates in the food.

Not really.
Thin crust pizza has less carbohydrates. However, it still has the cheeses and meats which are very fattening.
Also, because there is less bread to fill you up, you eat more of it.

Of course! The more bread-like the crust is, the worse it is for you.
I like the thin n crispy Pizza hut crust, and even better, a local place called "park plaza"...that is almost like a cracker....YUM!
