That is not true at all.
As far as Muslim faith is concerned, Muslims have to abide by the laws of the country where they earn their livelihood as a citizen or migrant. They do not have be Kazakhstan firster or Turkmenistan firsters like we have been hearing in the US where people live in US but their first priority is for Israel. That is not a Muslim way. Actually, in many mosque during Friday sermon they pray for "the prosperity of this country meaning where they are living".
The asker put wrong statistics in the question thinking that reader will not question it because some want to hear it this way. The fact is different. Most of them are law abiding even if they have their share of coocoos.

I'm sure if we took into account what they get away with in their own country's we would understand first that the crime rate if it where under our laws would be higher there and second the Muslims that live in the west are quite peaceful. I have met many Muslims all where hard working warm people. Some yes want Muslim law in the west but that's no different than the west wanting there oil. Its human nature.

This is an absolute guess, but I think that muslims who are in other countries are on terrorist missions while muslims would not attack an islamic Nation. That is of course if this statistic has any credibility.
It also maybe becasue they think that Allah will reward them for their actions in the Afterlife.

It depends on the immigration laws of the host country I guess.For example Canada has the best screening process and hence criminals don't end up coming to canada.

I wasn't aware of that set of statistic. Most Islamics I knew were rather law abiding. At least as much as any American.
