Does anyone know of a creditable "Car Buying Service" in the NY or PA?

I remember seeing this discussed on 60 Minutes. Apparently, there is a service that does all the haggling for you when you go to buy a New car. Of course there is a fee for this but I would much rather pay the fee than do the haggling. Does anyone know of a good Car Buying Service that I could use in the New York City or Central, PA area?

all they are, are people with connections with certain dealers in the area, hell, i could do the same thing with all the dealers i know. It doesn't do any better than you can do yourself.
