i met this guy on a cruise. we were like boyfriend and girlfriend and he assured me that if i lived where he did we would definitely be together..however, we live far away..but we did have sex twice, and he wasn't with any other girls..and we talked after the cruise as well. he didn't really talk much the first time during sex, but the second time he constantly asked me if i was alright and he helped me out a lot during sex. we held hands, and he asked my friend what was up with me. the first time we hung out we only hooked up, but why would he come back if he didn't have an interest in me, and once he got sex why didn't he leave?

No, if he stayed with you, he obviously has an interest in you and not just your body. I think you have a healthy relationship, sex is a daily thing in many people's lives and should be regarded as such.
If you two go on cruises together, you seem like a perfectly romantic couple, congrats ^.^

Why don't you ask him? and personally, I'd be concern about you having sex with someone you've only met on the cruise. so what if he said that you too would be together if you lived where he is. You don, so now what/ He's aasking you for cues aobut what you think and yo're asking a bunch of strangers on the internet. go ask him.

alright, on a cruise you just have fun and use people. so if he was using you he would have just skiped the whole relationship business and just keeep having quick sex and leaving. however he didnt do that, for someone to really like someone on a cruise and act like it is rare and if it happend to you awesome. thats great. he sounds like he liked you alot and hes a nice guy.

There isn't a solid answer. He may just want to look like the real deal, but in fact be a player. Or maybe he is just awkward around girls... Really there is no way to know, unless you two talk, and are both 100% honest.
