Right now, I'm seeing things that I normally don't see. I'm trying to come up in life and progress, I didn't want to leave my job because of the people I like working with. However, all of them are leaving and one of the people I work with now he's starting to leave and he's acting kind of "shady" around me, making it not good to work there anymore. A female who seemed like she liked me at first is now avoiding me since her roommate came back from her vacation. I'm going to school soon was going to hold on to the job, maybe God just wants me to focus on School and forget about all the other things. He's deliberately removing attachments from me. I should only seek him for the good times anyway.

I believe in the little feeling you get in your stomach. Many people call it your "inner voice". I prefer to call it the Holy Spirit. I believe that if you like your job and you gut tells you to stay there, YOU DO JUST THAT. Stay there. I have learned through working with people that sometimes you just can't put ALL of your faith in EVERYONE, and believe that they have your best interest at heart. My point, there is going to be trouble on every side in your life. You will meet and deal with people who seem to be out to get you. That may not be the case, but it may feel that way. I don't know if this is a sign that GOD wants to you leave the job. Maybe it is a set up to make you a stronger person overall in life, and to show you who your REAL friends are. Ask GOD for guidance, if you are happy and you feel you should stay there, do it, no matter what and who says not to. I think GOD is doing you a favor and weeding out all those weeds that disguised themselves as your friend. Things will make sense to you soon.

In my humble opinion, it's good to renounce the work-a-day world but you have to have something higher to aspire to, otherwise you could be a drugged-out hippy and never work a day the rest of your life and end up on welfare for all eternity!
But seriously, it is good to have a regular job, it tends to mellow out the edges that are generated from the spiritual-seeking trips we all get on. One thing about drug taking from my experience during the 60's. When you take drugs, even for a so-called holy reason to experience your Self and God, role-playing tends to drop off during the drug experience, and it helps to have a healthy ego to come back to and a regular role in society to ground yourself with. This applies to whether you take drugs or no; if you have a genuine mystical experience, it helps to have a regular gig to get back to after all the astral stuff or whatever it is one is into. peace...

I am going through a similar scenario. You will find that God's plan doesn't always match your plan, but trust that he knows what is best for you. And yes, God does reveal himself, to those who wish to find him. :-)

God only wants the best for us, and He will make His will known. Pray.
