Are we dating or are we broken up? I don't really know myself cause she's has a tough time communicating anything. But she did say she needed to be, "on her own" but she still calls and texts about every day. Anyways, when we were dating (for sure) things were great for a while and I think real mutual feelings started to develop and she got scared (for whatever reason, people do that sometimes, I know). So anyways, she has told me she's not ready for a relationship that serious (even though it was for a few months already). I think I just want to be completely indifferent towards her, maybe even ignore her a little. I hate playing games, but I think she is already. So is it to harsh to blow her off? If so, what's the best approach to being as guarded as I can be w/out burning the bridge, so to speak?

Sounds like shes either confused over another guy or really doesnt know what she wants. In the meantime, find yourself "busy" until she figures out what it is she wants. But dont cater to her every whim or she will continue to drag you along in her mess.

Thats funny, i have been going through a very similar thing with my ex for a while too. We broke up, but it was like we were still together cuz he would text and call and we would hang out all the time. I wanted to get back together but he said he didnt think i could be in a realtionship so i started playing those stupid games like ignoring him 4 a few days or being mean or trying to make him jealous to make him want to be with me. None of it worked so i find the best way to approach it is just to forget about it. Dont play games and waste your time, i would try to forget about her as a girlfriend and show her your down to just have a laid back friendship. Its hard to just blow someone off, i tried to get my ex out of my life for a long time but he honestly wouldnt go away, so to this day i still talk to him except now i find myself unattracted to him and able to accept him in my life as a friend.

Don't answer her calls or respond to her text messages for about two or three days. After that, if she calls again, answer, but be nonchalant and don't say a whole lot. Act like it doesn't matter one way or another to you and either she'll come back begging full force or you'll know to move on.

still be very sweet but do not be so available, live your life and don't be smart about it just say when she does text or call you were busy and try to make up a valid lie. once she see's that you are not at her beckon call she will wonder how are you living without her? she is kinda having her cake and eating it too right now and that sucks. pull away!
