hi ive got a great rememdy for you: tea tree oil. Great for acne!!!!! Like u, ive tried everything-all the commercial products...they just dried up my skin but this 1 doesnt. I swear by it and everyday i am amazed by it. Its the best natural oil ever!!!! i love it. it worked on all my pimples. i recommend u try natural products like herbs/oils--do a little research on some.

tea tree oil is known 2 be the best acne treating herb oil. it has very strong anti bacterial properties which destroy pimples. Its cheap, easy 2 get -go 2 ur chemist/supermarket. The best thing is, is that its so flexible. It basically treats any skin prob like sunburn, burns, insect bites, cuts, pimples, athletes foot, skin fungus, thrush..etc. I was so surprised by its effectiveness. Its also got low irritation chances---good for sensitive skin too. I love it. its also anti-fungal--its v. useful 4 ur first aid kit. Just dnt take it internally, i recommend a high concentration like 100% tea tree oil and use it consistently. Good luck!!!! and tell me how it goes!

Have you tried seeing a doctor? My brother had facial acne that was "stubborn." He saw a doctor and was given a prescription of a type of antibiotic cream (he applied the cream every night before going to bed). After a few months, it really cleared up his face dramatically. Hope this helps. . . Good Luck!

Over the counter remedies will not help acne because acne is hormonal. You need to see a doctor or dermatologist and get some prescriptions.

I have an acne treatment that has won me the best answer better then twenty times. Often, the person who voted it the best answer was amazed at how well it worked, even those who had severe cases of acne. I'll copy and paste it below.

Use a hot compress on it (a washcloth, sponge, or anything that will allow you to apply moist heat to the area), and then use cool water to close the pores. Do the process over and over again, about five or six times. Use soap to wash the area, rinse it with warm water, blot off the excess water with a clean towel, and then treat it with an alcohol soaked cotton ball. It should be gone within five to six hours.

Here are some of the previous comments I cut and pasted from those who voted it as the best answer, (Copied and pasted as written. Capital letters seen are as originally answered)

I was prescribed an antibiotic for my very bad acne, it worked within weeks. My face was so bad, I thought it would scar, but it did not. See a dermatologist soon.
